Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel is conveniently located in a very local area, although it can get a bit loud due to its position on a noisy Avenue. The rooms are always kept very clean with plenty of hot showers, but a English speaking channel on TV would enhance the experience. The service is exceptional, from the cleaners to the receptionists, offering a great value for money. The dining experience is satisfactory with included hot dishes. The location is very close to the historic district, making it convenient for exploring the Centro Historico.
The hotel is situated on a noisy Avenue, which means it can get a bit loud, but it's very local and close to the metro station for easy access to attractions. The rooms are kept very clean without a view of the streets, and it would be nice to have an English-speaking channel on TV. Overall, the hotel provides good value for money.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were always kept very clean, in good condition, with a nice view to Fray Servando street. Maybe having an English-speaking channel on TV would have been a nice addition. The location was on a noisy avenue, which could get a bit loud but was very close to the metro station, placing it in the historic center of Mexico City.
